Yin Restorative Yoga 

Relax and destress after the frenzy of the 
holidays with a combination class that
begins with Yin and ends with Restore. 

Intermixed will be cushioned and propped up
asanas  with stretches to the peripherals of the 
body. 

Begin with relaxed breath, end with a mini Yoga Nidra.


Minimum Donation: $10 , more for those who can 
  afford it and help to pay it forward.
